Every UNTO item is made to order, one piece at a time. Please check the size guide on each product page before ordering.
Returns and exchanges
- Printed on demand — we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for reasons such as sizing, change of mind, or ordering error.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
- If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will replace it or issue a refund, and we cover the return shipping.
- Please contact us before returning anything. Items sent back without prior contact cannot be processed.
- Please include your order number, your name, and photos of the issue (at least one full view and one close-up).
